TimePeace keeps a simple sleep diary: when you fell asleep and when you woke, one night at a time, on the same page as the day that followed. On iPhone, the sleep your phone or watch records in Apple Health can come in on its own, so a week of nights adds up without you writing a thing.
Open Health, then Sleep, and under Tonight fill in Fell asleep and Woke up. The night goes into your diary. To change a past night, open that day in the Diary and tap Edit your sleep.
Yes, if you want one. Under Early-bird goals you can set a bedtime to work toward. It is an aim you choose, and Adjust changes it whenever you like.
Because a night rarely explains itself. Kept beside the late meal, the evening run or the busy week at work, it reads differently. When you look back, the days around each night are already there.
No one but you. Sleep is health information, so TimePeace asks your permission before it keeps any, it isn’t shown to anyone, and nothing about it is sold or used for ads. TimePeace is not a medical tool and doesn’t diagnose anything.
Your health data stays yours →Sleep trackers give you a score. TimePeace gives you the night beside the day it belonged to, privately, so the pattern is yours to notice.
